Family-owned Denver-area movers since 1999
From a student apartment on the Hill to a family home in Table Mesa or a Victorian on Mapleton Hill, Boulder moves come in every size. Family-owned Small World Movers has been moving Colorado homes and businesses since 1999, and Boulder, about 25 miles up US-36 from Denver, is well within our service area.

Moving in Boulder: what to know
Boulder is the Boulder County seat and home to about 107,000 people, the University of Colorado Boulder, and research centers including NCAR, NIST and NOAA. It sits at the foot of the Flatirons, with Boulder Creek running through the middle of town and the Pearl Street Mall downtown.
Timing matters here. The end of July and early August is a popular time for Boulder leases to end, so on University Hill and in other student-heavy areas, a lot of people move in the same few days. If your lease turns over then, book early and ask your landlord where a truck can park.
Older central neighborhoods like Mapleton Hill and Whittier have historic homes, narrow staircases, alleys and big old trees, while Boulder Junction, near 30th Street and Pearl Parkway, has newer apartment buildings where you may need to reserve an elevator or loading area. For getting around, US-36 connects to Denver, the Diagonal (Highway 119) runs to Longmont, and Broadway, 28th Street and Foothills Parkway are the main north-south routes.
