Planned around your business

We work 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week, so we can schedule your move for the time that disrupts your business least. Before moving day we go over what’s moving, the order it should arrive in, and any building requirements at both locations.

• Packing for offices. We supply the boxes and packing materials and can pack your office for you. See packing services.
• Furniture protection. Furniture is wrapped and padded before it’s loaded.
• Setup at the new location. Furniture and boxes go where you want them, so your team can start working.
• Licensed and insured. Many commercial buildings require proof of insurance from movers. Ask us about what your building needs.

Office moving checklist

1. Confirm move dates and building rules (loading dock, elevator and parking reservations) at both locations.
2. Assign one person to coordinate with us.
3. Plan your IT: back up data and have computers and network equipment disconnected before the move.
4. Label boxes and furniture by room or department at the new location.
5. Let customers and vendors know your new address and moving dates.
